Ir. Mario E. Maninggo is the founder of Pretium et Valorem Appraisal Limited (“PEVAL”), he is an industrial property valuer specialized in plant and machinery valuation with over 30 years of extensive experience in plant and machinery valuation and advisory services in the Asia Pacific region.

He has been involved in all aspects of industrial valuations assignments for a variety of purposes including accounting, acquisitions and mergers, financing, initial public offerings, insurance, joint ventures, restructuring, rating appeals and taxation. Other scope of experience includes fair rental studies, market research, useful life and remaining life estimates and technical reviews (equipment condition, operating efficiency and capability, and existing maintenance level review).

Ir. Mario E. Maninggo is a chartered machinery and business asset valuer, real estate appraiser, licensed mechanical engineer, and a lecturer in plant and machinery valuation. He has a wide breadth of experience in valuation in different markets including Greater China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Central Africa and the United Kingdom.
